Description

FOXO4-DRI is a synthetic, D-amino-acid-stabilized peptide that selectively disrupts the interaction between the transcription factor FOXO4 and p53 in senescent cells, triggering apoptosis and clearance of aged cells. Widely used in aging and regenerative medicine research, FOXO4-DRI has been shown to restore tissue homeostasis, improve organ function, and mitigate age-related phenotypes in preclinical models.
