1. Scope & Eligibility

Due to the sensitive and research-only nature of our products, all sales are final.
Reverse Peptides does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind or ordering error
  • Expired intended use
  • Import, customs, or regulatory issues

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and address the issue appropriately.

2. Request Procedure (For Damaged / Incorrect Items Only)

If your order was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Include clear photographs of the package and the affected product.
  • Do not return any items without written authorization, unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.

3. Shipping Fees

  • All orders include a flat $8.99 USD shipping fee, which is non-refundable.
  • If a replacement is approved due to our error, Reverse Peptides will cover the cost of reshipping the corrected product.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are for research use only and not intended for human or animal consumption, we cannot accept returns for any of the following:

  • Opened, used, or repackaged items
  • Products held or rejected by customs
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

5. Limitations & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs restrictions, or international delivery issues.
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the affected product, excluding shipping, taxes, or duties.
  • This policy may be updated at any time; the version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
