  • A flat shipping fee of $8.99 USD applies to each order.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and shipping service.
  • Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to you.

We are not liable for carrier delays, customs hold, or issues resulting from local import restrictions.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Because of the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, import issues, or delays in customs clearance.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and determine whether a replacement is warranted. Beyond this period, no claims can be accepted.
