Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders are normally handled within one to three business days (not including weekends and public holidays). Processing may take longer at busy times of the year or during special offers. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a notification.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $8.99 applies to all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $200 within the U.S.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, incorrect delivery addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or operational disruptions).
3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your order ships. The tracking link allows you to keep an eye on your package.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Responsibilities
- When checking out, please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. If an inaccurate or incomplete address is given, we cannot be held accountable for a failed delivery.
- If your package is returned to us because of an unsuccessful delivery (such as a refusal, an erroneous address, or a customs rejection), you may need to pay additional shipping fees for a reshipment, or we may, at our discretion, give a refund less the transportation cost.
- Please verify the tracking information and get in touch with the courier if your shipment hasn’t arrived within the anticipated time frame. Contact us at contact@reversepeptides.com with your order number and information if the problem is still not fixed.
5. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us at contact@reversepeptides.com with your order number and supporting visual evidence within 24hrs of receiving your order if you discover it is damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate. After looking into it, we might provide a replacement, reimbursement, or shop credit.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Products
The product page will include information about any products that need temperature control during shipping, such as cold chain. Although we will pack correctly, we have no direct control over transit conditions once the carrier takes custody. Upon receipt, please check any items.
